Rewrite the services that needed replacement
Selected services were rewritten in memory-safe languages. This addressed the implementation of the banking software itself, alongside the wider security work, and produced replacement components the bank could support.
Deliver evidence and resilience planning
Audit evidence and resilience planning were included in the programme. The bank received material to demonstrate the controls around its platform and prepare for the operational responsibilities of maintaining and recovering important services.
